There is no place better than a place like home. Our Communities encompass an ideal home-style living that is comfortable, secured, and responsive to each individual’s unique needs. Our living space is inviting and creates an atmosphere of a home rather than an institution.

Potomac Seniors Village’s three homes situated contiguously in the heart of historic Potomac appear in a charming residential setting.   Our convenient location facilitates regular visitation by family and friends. Nestled in an upscale neighborhood and situated next to a commercial market (“Potomac Village”), our seven acres of lush green land is an ideal setting for those wanting to live in a serene place. Our communities provide an upbeat atmosphere of a home-like environment in a resort-style setting.

We are a hybrid community that meets the unique needs of all senior residents. We use an overall “Wellness Philosophy,” or holistic approach to our resident care plan in order to meet each resident’s unique physical, mental, and spiritual health needs. Although many communities are unable to maximize the green design because of their budgetary constraints, we have plenty of green spots for balancing privacy, luxury, and enjoying nature. All three communities offer assisted living and memory care.[1] Our latest renovations turned these traditional style homes into modern and comfortable common areas, where residents can gather for drinks and socializing.   One of the unique features of the modernly designed assisted living community is the manifestation of the wellness transformation. It is a shift towards designing resort-like features into senior communities. Our communities are WiFi-equipped and our technologically advanced communities enable loved ones to connect with our community through Skype (Webcam Service) to stay in touch with their families and loved ones.  

Although each one of our three residential communities is different and we strategically assign each resident to a home based on their unique requirements, budget, and desires, all three of our communities provide these basic amenities:

[1] The community installed delayed egress lock alarms and sensors on doors that sound an alarm or chime when a resident try to exit the building. A resident’s family members can install additional security in behalf of a resident, including: sensors on residents that sound an alarm, electronic monitoring device, wireless notification to a pager or a cellphone.
